Ingredients:

3 cups biscuit baking mix
1/ 2 cup green onion, finely minced
1/ 4 cup red bell pepper, finely minced
8 ounces, Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 pound bulk breakfast sausage

Method:

· Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl with hand or a heavyduty mixer.

· Now, shape the mixture in small balls and keep it on a baking sheet.

· Bake the balls at 350 degree F for about 15 minutes or until browned on bottoms.

· Serve hot with tomato ketchup or Mustard Mayo Dip.
