Ingredients:
4 cups oyster crackers, crumbled
4 cups drained oysters
1/ 2 cup heavy cream
6 tablespoons butter
Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Method:
· Take a lightly buttered pie plate and spread 1 cup of oyster cracker crumbs.
· Now, sprinkle 1-cup pf oysters evenly over the crumb layer and then sprinkle salt and pepper.
· Repeat the layers of crackers and oysters thrice with seasoning after each oyster layer.
· Mix 1/ 2 cup oyster liquor and 1/ 2-cup heavy cream and pour it over the top layers of oysters. Spread some butter in dot form.
· Preheat the oven at 400 degree and let the pie to set for 10 minutes before placing it on the top rack. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is little brown.
· Increase the temperature to 550 degree and let it bake for 4 minutes or until the top is well browned.

Grilled Marinated Shrimp Recipe

1 lemon, juiced
3 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon salt

· Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, hot sauce, parsley, garlic tomato paste, oregano, salt and black pepper in a bowl while reserving a small amount for basting later.
· Now, put the remaining marinade in a large resealable plastic bag with shrimp. Then, seal and marinate it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
· Preheat the grill at medium-low heat and thread shrimp in skewers piercing once near the head and once near the tail. Discard the marinade.
· Now, lightly oil the grill grate and cook the shrimp for about 5 minutes on each side or until it is opaque. Keep basting frequently with the reserved marinade.
· Serve hot.
